Shipping Rates (sent via USPS or FedEx):

  •  Overnight : $65   if sent by 1:00pm EST Mon – Thurs
  •  Two-Day   : $25   if sent by 1:00pm EST Mon – Thurs
  •  Priority (USPS) : Free  5 – 7 Business days from time of approved payment

You may request to have your services cancelled by contacting MedGuard Alert at 1-800-716-1433.  All deployed equipment and accessories in our product suite must be returned to MedGuard Alert in full to completely cancel services and stop further charges. Services will only be cancelled upon receipt of all the rented equipment, including all accessories.
When returning any of our products, we urge clients to obtain a shipping tracking number.
If applicable, refunds may take up to 10 business days to process after the receipt of your returned equipment.

A lost or damaged equipment fee of up to $299 will be charged for each PERS system currently deployed, unless all rented items provided are returned in good working order.
